Another Juicer Recipe for Hangovers

Another juicer recipe that is great for hangovers is high in counteracting nutrients. Before ending the night after heaving alcohol drinking, try drinking a fruit juice that is high in sugar. The sugar helps metabolize the alcoholic compounds that cause hangovers.

A simple juice is cantaloupe and watermelon juice. This fruits have nutrients and minerals that are good for flushing out toxins. And although it is simple enough, maybe you should prepare the ingredients before drinking. We don’t want you handing sharp objects after heavy drinking. Just remove the rinds and cut the cantaloupe and watermelon into big chunks. When you are ready for the juice, throw the pieces into the juicer and just like that you’ve ensured a hangover free morning. Okay, maybe not depending on how much you drank, but it will definitely help.
